This course is intended to give the student the skills to use algebraic concepts in everyday life. He/She will learn algebra concepts, skills, structure, and application of the material. Instruction in number theory, linear functions, systems of equations, quadratic equations, polynomial operations, exponential functions, probability and statistics, and rational expressions and equations will be included.
In order to receive high school credit, students must earn an overall grade of 80% of higher. This includes the End of Course exam which counts for 20% of their grade.
*The final grade is based on 4 9-weeks averages and the final exam.

To help review for KPREP, we are starting to do cumulative reviews. You will have 2 days to complete each. The one you were given today (chapters 1-3) will be due on Thursday April 28th.
